Brief intake & shot list

We take your brief and turn it into a shot list with priorities, license intent per image, and a budget breakdown — shared with you for sign-off before anything is booked.

02 — Pre-production

Scout, cast & permit

Locations scouted and confirmed with a golden-hour timing plan. Models cast and booked with releases covering your territory and usage. Permits pulled. Call sheet sent.

03 — Shoot

One crew, one brief

One crew shoots stills and film against the signed-off shot list. Every setup is logged. Nothing ad-libbed. If stills and film are both in the brief, both are captured on the same day.

04 — Delivery

Licensed & formatted

Retouched selects delivered in every format the brief specifies — web, print, OOH, broadcast — with model releases, license documentation, and metadata attached to every file.
