Every shoot, every stage — in one place. Each project shows where it is in the flow; click a stage to open that app at this project.

Projects live in your browser (the shared dotshock-suite store). Shot count, cast-confirmed and release coverage are read live from the project; the red stage marks where it was last worked (earlier stages shown done). Capture→publish completion isn't tracked per-project yet — files don't carry a project id; linking them is the next data-model step. Clicking a stage sets the active project and opens that app.
